please ignore the negative reviews, the previous came from a petty person who was there when we were. i can assure you the review is bogus and not worth the read as it’s all fabricated lies. on with a genuine review…… the property is situated in a very desirable location , it was clean and had everything needed for a short stay. if u want 5 star then pay 5 star prices. i’ve never met such a lovely pair of hosts. i feel like i’ve known sam my whole life. this lady is a diamond. the sheets were all clean and fresh the pillows very comfortable. the toilet was immaculate the first thing i check is the toilet and it smelt like it’s had a VERY GOOD clean before we arrived. again people need to bare in mind this place for its location is very reasonably priced. the lounge is undergoing work at the moment but i’m excited to see what it looks like once completed next year. thanks so much Sam and Arif for a wonderful short stay. i’m happy i can now call you dear friends

Myself and 2 friends with 5 children stayed at this hotel all I can say that the hotel itself was very clean and we were made so welcomed the children absolutely loved staying here and they just adored the owners the owners all I can say had the patience of saints with us all they were so generous even treating the girls to cakes and biscuits we got to know the owners personally and had our little yarns in the mornings and throughout the day we all felt at home comfortable I cannot thank these owners enough for giving us the best stay in Blackpool and we will most definitely be back soon to stay

The hotel was fantastic it was in a great location the only downside was there was no parking so you have to add parking on top of your hotel price but the car park was liar the bottoms of the street. The lady and gentleman that run the hotel are absolutely amazing they couldn’t of helped more I traveled with a baby and they was amazing with her they sorted her night time bottle out for me and made sure we had everything we needed we will definitely be coming back

GOwners are lovely, very friendly and great with the children. Allowed us to leave buggy at the bottom of the stairs. Also had a bag full of sand toys to lend out to the children which was a nice touch. Room also had alot more floor space than expected so our 1year old could toddle around. There was no parking outside hotel (but it cant be expected when so close to centre) but carpark was close enough to be able to nip back and forth.

Absolutely AMAZING.. Best hosts in Blackpool.. excellent location.. felt extremely comfortable with the children, the hosts could not do more for us even if they tried. Made us feel welcome and was extremely homely. Clean and welcoming. My husband thought the beds were more comfortable than our beds at home. Would 100% recommend and we will definitely be going back.. thankyou for making us have a wonbreak away.
